		<description>Hi Ed,

Glad to have you back. I will definitely try the peach tart. Looks delicious. I just got home from Paris yesterday. Monday night David and I were having dinner in an Italian (imagine that) restaurant and sitting next to us was a couple from Santa Barbara and he was an avocad0 farmer. They were very friendly and I was sorry later that I did not give him your web-site. I am sure you would enjoy interviewing him for your newsletter.

<description>Peaches are in full swing in Nova Scotia so I will give the peach tart a try. I think it might work with plums as well. Yummy

		<description>Ed,

We were in Europe when the rebirth of your website activity was sent to us and couldn't reply. Very impressive and quite talented (you are)!

The Peach Tart looks delicious and we will be trying it as soon as we can get get some local SB market peaches. Before we left, the Peacock Farms had the best organic ones we could find.

<description>I agree with both Christine and Ellen - good to see you back. Can't wait to make the tarts - have 2 very large peaches in the fridge right now. Will try it tomorrow.

		<description>Ed,
I agree with Christine. I love reading a taster's journey! We are seeing the last of the peaches in the farmer's market here in NYC but I am going to try this one. The pictures really help.
